不良品 良品と交換もしくは代金を返還

返品交換特約
[ 当店都合の場合 ]
・ 間違えた商品が納品されてしまった場合、運送途上での商品の破損、不良品などは、至急交換致します。
・ 当店より着払い伝票を送付致しますので、そちらをご利用になりご返品下さい。
[ お客様都合の場合 ]
・ ご返品は商品到着後、10日以内に必ずご連絡下さい。
・ 返送料はお客様負担でお願い致します。着払いでご返品されましても、弊社ではお受け取り出来かねます。
・ 開封した商品は返品できません。未使用未開封に限らせて頂きます。
・ お客様の都合による大口（同商品6個以上）のご注文商品の返品はご遠慮下さい。
・ 商品の外装のヘコミ等による返品はご遠慮下さい。
・ お客様の都合による商品の交換は一切できません。
・ お客様都合による場合、ロサンゼルスから出荷後の商品の交換は出来ません。一度お受け取り後にご返品いただき（送料お客様負担）、新たにご注文いただく形になることをご了承下さい。

Return and Exchange Policy
[In case of our convenience]
・ If the wrong product was delivered, the product was damaged in transit, or the product is defective, we will replace it immediately.
・ We will send you a bill for cash on delivery, so please use it to return the item.
[In case of customer convenience]
・ Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
・ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept the return of the product if it is returned by cash on delivery.
・ We will not accept any returned merchandise that has been opened. We cannot accept returns of unopened items.
・ Please refrain from returning large orders (6 or more of the same product) for the customer's convenience.
・ Please refrain from returning items due to damage to the exterior of the product.
・ We do not accept exchanges for any reason.
・ We will not be able to exchange merchandise after it has been shipped from Los Angeles for the customer's convenience. Please understand that you will have to return the product after receiving it (shipping cost to be borne by the customer) and place a new order.
・ Supplements are food products. In rare cases, the product may not be suitable for your constitution. In such cases, please do not return the product.
・ We do not accept returns due to subjective factors (smell, flavor, color, feel, etc.) or the size of the capsule or tablet.
・ We do not guarantee any changes in the condition of the product caused by the customer's storage conditions. We do not accept returns for this reason.
・ We will not accept another order for items returned by the customer.
